"Josh is a phenomenal agent. He reached out to us to go over our existing coverage and to get our feedback. During our conversation, we discovered that we were being charged a premium for an accident that was not our fault. "Don't bother. Their quotes are only good for about a minute. If you don't purchase then, expect the price to go up. This is their tactic to eliminate your ability to shop for a cheaper price and to eliminate competition. This is not how you keep clients. I'd rather pay a higher price but be treated like a human being."
